I have had to reorder a couple of my Chair Dancing dvds, they wore out after years of use. I rotate them & use for weights.
Can’t get on bad knees so really appreciate exercise in chair.

I'm 69 years old, handicapped and was morbidly overweight. With the help of the Chair Dancing "Dancing Through the Decades" and changing my eating habits, I've loss over 100 lbs. So I was in the market for a tone-up exercise DVD. I was lucky enough to find the Chair Dancing "Sit Down & Tone Up" DVD. I love it! However, it should be called "Sit Down & Tone Up with Cardio Workout". These DVDs have been such a blessing to me. Thank you Jodi Stolove!

This DVD helps tone and strengthen muscles that I haven't used in a while. It is also fun to do.

This video is awesome. I got a full body toning in only 20 minutes. Plus I felt great afterward. When I first came across the Chair Dancing videos, I thought to myself; How in the world can I get any results from doing exercises sitting in a chair?
I am glad to say that I was wrong. I have more strength in my arms and legs. I can now see a difference in my abdomen and I have more stamina.
