Caller of the Week: Olga

This week I spent a few extra hours in the office and was lucky enough to get to talk to a few extra people on the phone, because of it! The one that touched me the most was Olga! She emailed with a question, I replied, but before getting my return email she called and got me on the phone. As soon as she said her name I knew exactly who she was and she was so delighted with that! We had a great chat and she loves Chair Dancing for her arthritic joints.
