When I was 32, my fiance and now my husband of 22 years, asked me to give up my diet coke! He had my best interests at heart and wanted me to do it for a cleaner and healthier body. I was actually able to do it quite easily with this little trick: mix seltzer water or club soda with 1/3 of a glass of regular coke. I also enjoy now doing this with lemonade, cranberry juice or grape juice for a delicious spritzer.

I am thinner now than when I was drinking diet coke!
