It's been 3 weeks since I broke my wrist ice skating.
I just got my cast off and a removable cast put on.
As you can see in my photo - I've lost a lot of muscle, and can't wait to be able to lift weights again so that I can start building that muscle back up!
Weight training is so important for us women as we age.
Stay tuned as I begin to get my muscle back and lose the jiggle!!!
