Hello, I have been a follower/fan of Jodi and her great dvd's for over 10 years plus and have several of her dvds. I am handicapped and was injured again a few months ago and just was able to start PT from doctor and I also started again the Chair Yoga and the Simply Stretch dvd of Jod"s and I did not realize how much I missed them and how they made me feel wonderful again.
