Staying Fit and Being Healthy in the New Year

Happy New Year "2018" - It is a new year, and I want to stay healthy and be fit. I am a 67 year old woman, and I have been doing aerobics for many years. I like exercises that help me focus on good health, and feeling good throughout each day, and throughout my life. Some DVD instructors constantly speak of losing weight. If I only exercised to lose weight, I would have given up years ago, and I would not have discovered the benefits that I get from doing Jodi Stolove's DVDs.
The Express Toning DVD, and the Sit Down & Tone Up Encore are my favorites. I have never had DVDs for toning that are as efficient and enjoyable as these. Since I do not exercise just to lose weight, but for "total health" benefits, I am overjoyed to say that I believe that doing these Toning, Body Strengthening, and Muscle Shaping exercises have actually helped me lose a few pounds and feel better each day. I have noticed that my clothes fit better, and I have lost tummy fat. I look forward to doing these workouts. My friends say that their clothes are too tight, and they are gaining weight. Well, I used to say that too, but now I can happily say that I feel good. I used to say that I felt bloated and miserable. Now, I feel toned and healthier. It is hard to explain that "toned" feeling, but anyone reading this should give these DVDs a try. Create a routine for yourself, and stick with it. You may just be surprised, and feel wonderful too!

This workout DVD is my favorite of the two new workout DVDs that Jodi just released it is perfect when you don't have more time but when you finish you are really glowing and you feel like you have had a good workout. I like the music with this one it really matches the workout moves. As always Jodi's workouts are fun and challenging but you can adapt the moves to your skill level.

Liked the option to sit or stand. The workout was somewhat challenging AND fun.
