I am the activities coordinator for a senior mobile home park and I started an exercise group and we are using you DVDs... everyone loved it ... we had a great time .... had about 15 people and they all enjoyed it very much!

The workouts were fantastic and just what I have been looking for! I have bad knees and balance issues and this workout was just perfect and so much fun! Jodi gives clear and easy to follow instructions and the subtitles are very helpful too.

Started a group of ladies in this chair dancing. Even tho we sit down you do get exercise. First time I tried it , thought wow, I was sore at first because used muscles I had not used for awhile. The ladies all loved this and thought it was very good. It was a new thing they had not done and they loved it.

really good workouts. have recommended Chair Dancing to others and know they have already purchased products AND are really liking them, too. really good with my "bad" knees.

Dear Jodi, WOW, you really are terrific! I don't know why it took us so long to start playing your chair dancing tapes. But they are just great! They are so well done and professional, and they really work! We feel so good, tired, but good, after a session. Because of the Peripheral Neuropathy in my feet and up my legs to above my knees, I have been told not to exercise my legs because of the probability of a fall. However, your chair dancing is the answer. No danger and it makes me feel great.
