A Creative Spark Starts and Now We Have 2 New Fitness DVDs!

I used to say everything I could do standing up, I could do sitting down. Now as I approach 60, I say with a laugh, everything I can do sitting down, I can do standing up!

While presenting at a conference, I had my first brush with ageism. Some conference attendees said that they weren't that old and definitely didn't need to sit to exercise. I'm very much of the mindset that any exercise is good exercise. It really doesn't matter how old you are or what your ability is.

In January 2015, a creative spark and new concept strikes! Approaching age 60, I decide I am going to STAND UP for fitness. I conceived the tag line: On Your Seat or On Your Feet.

The Chair Dancing lady can stand! What a concept!
