I bought several of Jodi’s chair dancing workouts years ago after a foot injury caused me to scale back my excercise-I really enjoyed them and after a recent injury discovered this one-I love how this one is broken into different segments so I can do the ones that don’t impact my injury.They can be as challenging as you want-just use heavier weights ,add more reps or stand rather then sit-the excercises are very enjoyable as well-would highly recommend!!Now that I’m in my 50”s,it’s nice to have workouts like this,as my body can’t always do the workouts I’m used to-love these!!
